Bill is the founder and Managing Director of Sloan & Co. 

With over 25 years of combined investment banking, business consulting and general management leadership experience across a wide range of client types, end markets, and business functions, Bill's collective set of career work has focused on creating value in both transaction and non-transaction settings.  Client types have included middle-market and large-cap public/private companies and financial sponsors.  Industry focus areas include industrials, consumer products, business services and industrial technology.

Sloan & Co. has been founded to tap into Bill's broad expertise and provide advisory services for U.S. based middle to lower-middle market clients by leveraging extensive experience on large, complex transactions globally.

Bill has an MBA from Harvard Business School and degrees (B.S. and M.S.) from Clemson University.

When away from the office, Bill enjoys coaching youth sports where he has led Super Bowl Football, World Series Baseball and Fairfield County Lacrosse championship teams locally.

Bill currently lives in Connecticut with his two sons.
